LEGO galore
I came across this site when I was in grad school, and doing graphics work. Some guy decided that regular LEGo just weren't enough. He had to make his own.
Then there are the LEGO works of literature
And finally, the LEGO sculptor.
There is also a raunchier LEGO site, but this is a PG-13 weblog ;-)

Day of the Barney
This article has been removed from publication (on web sites et al) because Barney's parent company sued for copyright infringment. But nevertheless, here is the original "Day of the Barney" by Brian Bull (it's a bit long).
It still appears in Google's USENET archive which brings up an interesting legal issue with content archives.
Try the Wayback machine for a blast from the past.

Quizzes and sundry
The smallest political quiz! Figure out where libertarians think you are on the political spectrum. There's a longer quiz too, if you have the time.
And if you watched 101 Dalmatians and wondered, hmmmm, what kind of dog am I, well, someone did that too.
And if you ever wondered about converting to Mormonism, see what you
would be called. These guys make several other odd online things.
